Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with a strong focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in a remote environment.
• Experience with change management strategies and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira/Asana/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of digital transformation projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets with clear communication across phases.
• Manage geographically dispersed project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate change management processes and user adoption of new digital tools and workflows.
