Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Training Administrator (Intermediate & Senior) to support go-live readiness across a major project in Bryanston. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, delivering and reporting on training activities, learner engagement and governance.

The successful candidate will develop training materials, manage schedules and attendance, produce dashboards, and ensure accurate documentation and timely communications across stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in training administration or coordination within complex projects.
  • Proven ability to develop training materials and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and document control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams for training delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials using approved templates, including learner instructions, quick reference guides, attendance reports, trackers and other standard artefacts.
  • Coordinate training schedules, invitations and learner communications.
  • Manage training logistics and Microsoft Teams session administration.
  • Maintain attendance registers, learner records, training evaluations and completion tracking.
  • Prepare training reports, dashboards and readiness updates.
  • Manage learner reminders and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate feedback surveys and consolidate training insights.
  • Maintain training repositories and ensure document version control.
  • Track training-related actions, risks and issues.
  • Attend project and training meetings to maintain alignment and contextual understanding.
  • Support consistent delivery of training activities across the project.
  • Assist with activities that contribute to go-live readiness and successful user adoption.

Training Administrator – Intermediate & Senior

Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract


Are you an experienced Training Administrator with strong organisational and coordination skills? An exciting opportunity is available to provide essential operational and administrative support across project training activities, helping ensure effective planning, coordination, delivery and reporting.


The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting learner engagement, training governance, reporting accuracy and overall go-live readiness.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop training materials using approved project templates, including learner instructions, quick reference guides, attendance reports, trackers and other standard training artefacts.

  • Coordinate training schedules, invitations and learner communications.

  • Manage training logistics and Microsoft Teams session administration.

Minimum Requirements


  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Training Administration, Learning and Development, Project Administration, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a training administration or training coordination role.

  • Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills.

  • Experience managing training schedules, attendance records and learner information.

  • Experience preparing training reports, trackers and dashboards.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Experience using Microsoft Teams for training coordination and session administration.

  • Strong attention to detail and document management capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines within a project environment.


Senior-Level Experience

Senior candidates should additionally demonstrate:



  • Experience supporting training workstreams within large or complex projects.

  • Strong understanding of training governance, reporting and readiness requirements.

  • Experience coordinating multiple training activities, stakeholders and learner groups.

  • Ability to independently manage training administration activities and identify potential risks or issues.

  • Experience contributing to go-live readiness, change management or user adoption initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination capabilities.
