Job summary

Footgear is seeking an experienced retail supervisor to ensure smooth store operations and to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience with retail administration, cash handling, and stock management, while leading a small team.

We value ownership, a merchant mindset, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Shifts, weekends and public holidays are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years proven retail experience in a supervisory or similar role.
• Computer literate with Outlook, Excel and Retail system understanding.
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Capable of working independently and competitively.
• Able to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Able to manage a staff compliment of ± 4 employees.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
