Job summary

Cashbuild is hiring a Trainee Manager for an External Applications Only role in Tugela Ferry, KwaZulu-Natal. You will support the Store Manager in protecting market share, driving growth, and ensuring daily operations align with company strategy.

The position requires Grade 12 and at least two years of retail management experience, with strong accounting and leadership skills, plus a valid driver’s license and own transport.

• Valid Driver's license
• Valid ID or work permit (local)
• Strong accounting skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong leadership and administrative skills
• Own transport and cell phone
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety (OHSA)
• Strong Human Resources skills
• Assist Store Manager to address non-compliance
• Assist Store Manager with stock control and stock movement

• Assist Store Manager to ensure reliable, prompt Customer Delivery Service
• Assist Store Manager to grow and maintain VIC client base
• Assist Store Manager to manage stock control processes and procurement
• Assist Store Manager to ensure Health and Safety compliance as per OHSA
