Qualifications

• Passion for food and love for culinary arts.
• Previous kitchen experience or relevant qualification is a plus.
• Good stamina to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with preparation and cooking per recipes and standards.
• Learn fundamental cooking techniques across cuisines.
• Keep the workstation and kitchen sanitary and organized.
• Adhere to HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Prepare ingredients: chop vegetables, portion meats, make sauces.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Contribute ideas for menu planning and specials.
• Participate in all scheduled training sessions and skill development.
