RMB Global Markets is seeking a Trading Systems Support Analyst to own the operational health of production services across trading platforms. You will diagnose complex issues, coordinate restoration, and support change and release activities while driving improvements through monitoring and AI-enabled automation.

The role requires 2–5 years in trading systems, familiarity with APIs/FICS, SQL and databases, and a proactive stance on service resilience. Johannesburg-based with on-site work.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in IT, BI or related field is required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in trading systems across asset classes.
• Experience with APIs and FICS protocol basics.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases/network basics.
• Exposure to AI-related projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational health of assigned services in production.
• Diagnose complex application and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate service restoration and manage operational exceptions.
• Support change and release activity; drive preventative improvements.
• Engage in analysis, testing and implementation to ensure resilience by design.
• Manage incident ownership and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
