RMB Global Markets in Johannesburg seeks a Trading Systems Specialist (Enablement) to own the operational health of production services across trading, risk, and settlement platforms. The role diagnoses issues, coordinates restorations and enables reliable, observable technology delivery.

You will drive incident management, release testing, and automation through monitoring and AIOps, while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to meet service levels and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/IT or degree in IT/BI required.
• Exposure to AI projects and automation initiatives preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Trading Systems across asset classes.
• Experience with APIs and FICS Protocol basics; SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and scheduling tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational health of production trading systems.
• Diagnose complex application/infrastructure issues and coordinate restoration.
• Support change and release activities; drive automation improvements.
• Ensure solutions are observable, secure and resilient by design.
• Prepare training materials and business readiness assessments.
• Manage incidents and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder and vendor management to meet service levels.
