Job summary

RMB Global Markets is seeking a Trading Systems Specialist (Enablement) to own production health of critical trading services. You will diagnose complex issues, coordinate restorations and drive improvements with monitoring, AIOps and automation.

The role requires knowledge of APIs, FICS protocol and SQL, with 2–5 years in trading systems across asset classes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage incidents, and contribute to changes and releases to ensure secure, observable and

Qualifications

Exposure to AI and implementation of AI related projects.
2-5 years’ experience in Trading Systems across all asset classes.
Experience in API’s and FICS Protocol basics.
Experience in monitoring and alerting tools.
Experience in scheduling tools.
Experience with databased and networking protocols basics.
Experience in SQL.

Responsibilities

Owns operational health of assigned services in production.
Diagnoses complex application and infrastructure issues and coordinates restoration.
Supports change and release activity with proactive improvements.
Engineers preventative solutions through monitoring, AIOps and automation.
Ensures solutions are observable, secure and resilient by design.
Coordinates end-to-end incident management and handover to production support.
