Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in IT or BI or related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in Trading Systems across asset classes.
- Experience with APIs and FICS Protocol basics.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Experience with scheduling tools.
- Experience with databases and networking basics.
- Understanding of SDLC and backups.
Responsibilities
- Own operational health of production trading services.
- Diagnose complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Coordinate service restoration and manage incidents.
- Support change and release activities.
- Develop preventative improvements through monitoring, AIOps and automation.
- Assist in testing and implementation to ensure resilience by design.
- Prepare training materials and handover documentation.
