The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience supporting trading systems, strong SQL and data analysis

Qualifications

• BSc/BCom/BTech in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• Experience in finance or trading environments preferred.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain trading and market-facing systems.
• Ensure system stability, performance and business continuity.
• Analyse business requirements and implement technology solutions.
• Work closely with Trading, Treasury, Operations, Finance and Risk teams.
• Participate in system enhancements, projects and change initiatives.
• Manage incidents, problem resolution and support documentation.
• Ensure regulatory, governance and security compliance.
• Perform data analysis and SQL-based investigations.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams.
• Train users and support teams on systems and processes.
