Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive salary ranges and benefits packages.
Develop and maintain job grading structures and salary bands.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Manage the annual salary review and bonus process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits legislation in South Africa.
Develop clear and concise communication materials regarding compensation and benefits programs for employees.
Analyze the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on budgeting and cost analysis related to compensation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and management on compensation-related matters.
