• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on budgeting and cost analysis related to compensation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
• Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and management on compensation-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related HR role.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and data modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of South African labor laws pertaining to compensation and benefits.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in designing and implementing new compensation structures.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Pretoria, Gauteng .
