Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Minimum 3+ years external sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, construction, or related industries.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulk sales and secure new business with contractors, developers, and trade customers.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets consistently.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers and key accounts.
• Follow up on quotes, orders and customer requests.
• Utilise strong negotiation and closing skills to convert opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined call cycles and customer visits with a strong field presence.
• Understand product applications and customer requirements; manage territory effectively.
