Job summary

Fempower Personnel in Cape Town seeks an experienced TES Branch Manager to drive business growth and oversee branch operations. Lead a high-performing team, secure new opportunities and ensure superior client satisfaction in a dynamic TES environment.

You will manage commercial and operational functions, report to the Director, and work Monday to Friday from 07:00–16:00 with market-related salary discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in operations and sales within the TES industry.
• Minimum 2 years' managerial experience managing a branch within the TES industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with good MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth and business development targets within the TES market.
• Lead, supervise and support operational, administrative and/or sales teams to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Provide coaching, training, motivation and guidance to team members to drive performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow existing business.
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the region.
• Understand client requirements, address concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Ensure that client orders and operational requirements are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Prepare and analyse sales and performance reports, including forecasting and identifying areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with recruitment, operations, human resources and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and a seamless client experience.
• Ensure a professional, service-driven and high-performance branch environment.
