Job summary

Hilti South Africa seeks an experienced sales professional to own the Vaal Triangle territory, including Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging, Sasolburg, Parys and surrounding areas, driving profitable growth across construction, mining and industrial facilities.

You will cultivate relationships with contractors, system integrators, and end users, meet sales targets, and report on market trends while leveraging Hilti's products and services to differentiate offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Honours qualification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Mining/Construction or related role.
• Strong understanding of strategic sales and pricing.
• Proven ability to work with large sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the assigned territory and meet targets.
• Manage opportunities across mining and construction sites, plants, offices and warehouses.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, contractors, system integrators and end users.
• Demonstrate Hilti products and provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Report monthly and analyze customer data to inform strategy.
