Job summary

Hilti South Africa seeks a Project Sales Specialist to lead on-site support for large mining construction projects in the Northern Cape (Khatu/Upington). You’ll act as a solution consultant, showcasing Hilti products and services, while building strong customer relationships and driving end-to-end project outcomes.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and seminars to promote new technologies and cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager / Key Account Manager in mining or construction.
• Excellent project management and field execution skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage large construction jobsites and be lead point of contact from inception to completion.
• Demonstrate Hilti products and value propositions to customers on site.
• Conduct seminars and trainings to raise awareness of new technologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Identify growth opportunities and advise on actions to improve performance.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure receivables are collected.
