Job summary

Hilti South Africa is seeking a Project Sales Specialist to drive solutions on major mining and construction sites in Limpopo (Polokwane / Mokopane). The role is hands-on, combining consultative selling with end-to-end project support, and requires building trusted relationships with customers from inception to completion.

You will demonstrate Hilti products and services, lead seminars and workshops, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities to improve business performance

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager / Key Account Manager in mining.
• Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma (Civil or Mechanical) with 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exposure to handling construction jobsites.
• Strong product demonstration capabilities.
• Collaborative with internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Business acumen and problem-solving approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.
• Experience handling both technical and commercial tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned large construction jobsites and be the lead contact from inception to completion.
• Develop understanding of applications and propose right Hilti solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain value for money.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at jobsites and drive initiatives.
• Lead seminars, trainings and workshops for customers on new technologies.
• Troubleshoot contractor challenges and coordinate with internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and action steps to improve performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure timely coordination with Sold-to AM for account receivables.
