Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in property/tenant liaison or property management, with 2+ years of admin experience, and solid MS Office and CRM system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Relevant qualification in property management, built environment, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in property/tenant liaison or property management.
• At least 2 years’ administrative experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience with CRM/property systems.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio and tenant relations.
• Coordinate leasing, handover, and tenant onboarding activities.
• Assess applications, conduct credit checks, and affordability assessments.
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with qualification criteria.
• Maintain tenant records and file management across systems.
• Process billing, rent collections, and reconciliations; generate statements.
