Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecoms systems administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency with PBX systems, VoIP technologies, and related networking protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and system management software.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications hardware and software components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain telecommunications systems, including PBX, VoIP, and mobile communication platforms.
