Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with focus on telecommunications systems.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, PBX systems, and unified communications technologies.
• Experience with network hardware, software, and protocols relevant to telecommunications.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and implementation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all telecommunications systems, including PBX, VoIP, call center software, and unified communications platforms.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for all telecom services.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and new deployments in coordination with IT management.
• Provide technical support to end-users for telecommunications-related issues and inquiries.
