Placements24 in Upington, Northern Cape, is seeking a Telecoms Support Technician to provide frontline technical support. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing on-site repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with telecom services and equipment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer or technical support in telecoms, basic networking knowledge, and strong communication skills. You will work on-site and coordinate field service with customers in Upington.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to customers experiencing issues with their telecommunications services and equipment. You will diagnose problems, perform on-site repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of common telecom issues, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for helping people resolve their technical challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities
