Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Telecom Support Specialist to join their expanding technical support team. This fully remote role is the first point of contact for troubleshooting telecom services, guiding users through solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, accurately document interactions in the support ticketing system, and collaborate with higher-tier teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical qualification or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer support or technical help desk role, preferably in telecoms.
• Familiarity with common networking concepts (e.g., Wi-Fi, routers, modems) and mobile device troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
