Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Telecoms Project Manager to lead network deployment and upgrade projects from initiation to closure in Queenstown. You will manage scope, timelines, budget, and cross-functional teams while communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, 5+ years in telecom project management, and a PMP-like certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management in the telecommunications sector.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex telecom projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
• Regularly report project status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant technical standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
