Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Telecoms Network Deployment Manager to lead infrastructure projects remotely across multiple regions. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This senior role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications, PMP is desirable, and 10+ years in project management with 7+ years in telecom deployment, delivering large-scale projects with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years focused on telecoms network deployment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications network technologies and deployment methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecoms network deployment projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
• Coordinate and direct the activities of internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Oversee the commissioning and handover of newly deployed network infrastructure.
