Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of telecom project management experience.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize telecom projects on time and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
Develop project plans with resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
Manage project teams and provide direction and performance feedback.
Communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders via reports and meetings.
Ensure projects meet company standards, quality requirements and regulatory guidelines.
