Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Telecoms Project Manager to lead complex telecommunications initiatives in Centurion. You will plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in telecom project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is highly advantageous, with a focus on risk management and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in telecoms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate project team members and external vendors for project success.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
