Placements24 is seeking a proactive Telecom Project Manager to lead and deliver critical telecommunications projects in Bloemfontein. You will plan, execute, and ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while coordinating teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of telecom project management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with familiarity in PMP or Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the telecom industry.
• Proven track record delivering complex telecom projects.
• Knowledge of PMP or Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of telecom projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate status and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
