Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Senior Telecoms Project Manager based in Randburg to lead complex telecom infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. You will manage scope, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks and aligning with strategic objectives, contributing to growth in the telecom sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on telecommunications projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and network infrastructure.
• Ability to manage complex budgets and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple telecommunications projects concurrently.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels.
