You will handle first/second-level support, document steps, and collaborate with senior engineers to improve service stability. A degree or equivalent and 2–4 years in telecoms or IT support are expected, with strong TCP/IP knowledge and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical support or network operations.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common network protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for telecommunications network issues, including connectivity, performance, and service-related problems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to network devices, such as routers, switches, modems, and access points.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and vendors to accelerate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
