Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network planning, design, or engineering within the telecoms industry.
• Strong understanding of network architectures, transmission technologies, and capacity planning methodologies.
• Proficiency in network modeling and simulation tools, as well as capacity planning software.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future trends.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex plans to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current network performance, traffic patterns, and capacity utilization to identify areas for improvement and future planning.
• Develop long-term network expansion strategies and detailed deployment plans, considering technological advancements and market trends.
• Forecast future network demand and capacity requirements across various services and geographic areas.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed network upgrades and new technology deployments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive network design documentation, including capacity plans, topology maps, and resource allocation strategies.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and solutions for network infrastructure components.
