Placements24 in South Africa's North West region seeks an accomplished Telecoms Project Manager to oversee network deployment and upgrade projects in Klerksdorp. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources from initiation to closure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on telecommunications projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize telecoms projects according to deadlines and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
