Placements24 is seeking a Telecoms Infrastructure Manager in Rustenburg to lead the development, deployment and maintenance of critical network assets. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on oversight across a hybrid work model, requiring presence in our Rustenburg offices as needed for key meetings and hands-on oversight.

You'll manage end-to-end telecom projects, guide a team of engineers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-effective delivery while expanding network

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications or Computer).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in telecom infrastructure management.
• Experience leading large-scale telecom projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of fiber optics, wireless, IP networking and data center infra.
• Experience with hybrid work environments and distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of telecom infrastructure projects.
• Develop strategic network expansion, upgrades and modernization plans.
• Oversee procurement and installation of network equipment.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Manage project budgets and resources for timely delivery.
• Implement monitoring and reporting systems for performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and maintain vendor relations.
