Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent extensive experience in telecom infrastructure management.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and budgets.
• Hybrid management experience in Nelspruit or similar region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the infrastructure team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee strategic planning, design, and implementation of telecom infrastructure projects.
• Ensure operational readiness, reliability, and security of network facilities and equipment.
• Develop and manage infrastructure budget, procurement, and cost control.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for infrastructure operations and team performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs and contracts.

Education

Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
