Placements24 in Vereeniging is seeking a meticulous Telecom Network Administrator to manage and secure our client’s voice and data networks. You will ensure reliability and performance of telecommunications infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll install, configure and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and servers; troubleshoot issues; manage security, backups and disaster recovery; and document configurations for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in IT/Networking.
• 2–4 years of experience in network administration for telecom networks.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper devices.
• Familiarity with VoIP technologies and network monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented.
