Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and supporting telecommunications systems, preferably VoIP and PBX.
• Strong knowledge of telephony protocols such as SIP, H.323, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with major PBX vendors and communication platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks both remotely and on-site in the Polokwane area.
