Placements24 is seeking a driven Telecommunications Sales Executive to expand the client base in the Stellenbosch region. You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals with corporate clients, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and a company car or travel allowance, with extensive sales training to develop product knowledge and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential new clients within the assigned territory, focusing on businesses requiring advanced telecommunications solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
