You will monitor in real time, resolve incidents, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with engineering and support teams. A 3+ year telecom network ops background, TCP/IP skills, and strong remote-work discipline are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in network operations or telecom technical support.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG) and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
