Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EE or related field.
• 4+ years of telecom network operations experience.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios) and ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing (BGP/OSPF), and switching.
• Certs such as CCNA or Network+ desirable.

You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving issues, and implementing proactive measures to maintain high levels of service availability and reliability. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios) and ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching technologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting various network issues (e.g., connectivity, performance, configuration).
• Familiarity with different telecommunications technologies such as MPLS, VPNs, and fiber optics is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are desirable.
