Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven networking and unified communications support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting of routers, switches, telecom systems, and UC platforms.
• Diploma or degree in Networking or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot UC, internet, IT, and networking issues.
• Provide remote and on-site support to resolve client issues.
• Install and configure IT infrastructure per project specs.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance.
• Document installations with network diagrams and cabling layouts.
• Travel to client sites; work with suppliers as needed.
• Ensure safety and health regulations on job sites.
• Prepare and submit service reports and recommendations.
