• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience leading technical training and digital learning initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale learning programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with LMS, content authoring tools and LXPs.
• Stakeholder collaboration with Service, Product and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical training strategy for the Service environment across Wealth, Collective Investments and Annuities.
• Lead delivery of engaging, accessible learning content through digital, blended and facilitated formats.
• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms to support scalable capability development.
• Establish quality assurance and measure learning analytics for impact and improvement.
