Job summary

Momentum seeks a Head: Technical Training to architect and drive the learning strategy for the Service environment across Wealth, Collective Investments and Annuities. You will partner with Product, Governance and Service teams to translate complex product and regulatory needs into practical, measurable learning journeys.

With a focus on adult learning, blended delivery and high-quality content, you will champion learner experience, leverage LMS and content tools, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in learning and development, technical training or related fields.
• 3+ years leading technical training or capability-building in service/operations.
• Experience with learning technologies and content delivery.
• Proven ability to run large-scale learning programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital, blended and facilitated learning across Wealth, Collective Investments and Annuities.
• Translate capability needs into structured learning journeys and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee design and delivery of timely, relevant training that improves service capability and compliance confidence.
• Establish QA standards and track learning analytics to demonstrate impact.
