Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Skills Coach: Technical Training to facilitate and optimise Learning and Development sessions covering processes, products, systems and technology to boost staff knowledge and performance.

Design and deliver end-to-end training for asset management products, translate complex information into practical modules, and run classroom, virtual and blended sessions to ensure strong knowledge transfer and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate is required.
• Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Science is preferred.
• Certified technical trainer certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses with stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
• Design end-to-end learning interventions across asset management products.
• Translate complex investment and regulatory information into practical training.
• Facilitate learning via classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Develop role plays, simulations and digital learning solutions.
• Monitor learner progress and assess knowledge transfer.
