Job summary

CyberPro Consulting, based in Johannesburg, is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build pipelines, and source top tech talent across software, cloud, and data roles.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in IT or technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting software developers, cloud engineers, infrastructure specialists, DevOps, data professionals, analysts, QA testers or related tech roles.
• Experience in IT consulting or contracting environments is advantageous.
• Experience sourcing active candidates via OfferZen and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across IT disciplines.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and X-Ray techniques.
• Source active candidates via OfferZen, job boards, referrals and talent communities.
• Manage recruitment activities, candidate pipelines and reporting using Zoho Recruit (ATS).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and business hiring requirements.
• Screen, interview, shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process through placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Stay informed on technology trends, market intel and salary benchmarking in SA IT market.
• Based in Johannesburg and capable of hybrid work.

• Experiencerecruiting within an IT consulting or contracting environment will behighly advantageous.
  
• Experiencesourcing active candidates through OfferZen and other technologyrecruitment platforms.
  
• Experienceworking with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Zoho Recruit.
  
• Strongpipeline management, talent mapping, and candidate relationship managementskills.
  
• Excellentcommunication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and organisationalskills.
  
• Abilityto work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment.
  
• Based inJohannesburg and available to work in a hybrid model.
