Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role.


• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.


• Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).


• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is highly desirable.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or MCSA are advantageous.


• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.


• This is a fully Remote position, requiring a dedicated home office setup and reliable internet connectivity.
