Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux, plus TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Cloud services experience is a plus and beneficial.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent IT-related experience.
