You will be instrumental in providing first-line technical assistance to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems, documenting all steps taken.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Assist users with account management, password resets, and access permissions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff, providing detailed information for further investigation.

Requirements
