Salt is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator in Cape Town to support the business development and sales teams. You will manage RFQs, quotations, and CRM data, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to customers.

The role suits someone with a track record in B2B technical sales and strong administrative skills. You will coordinate with sales, technical and procurement teams, maintain customer onboarding documents, and contribute to reporting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales Administrator or Sales Support roles.
• Experience in B2B technical sales environment is advantageous.
• Strong RFQ and quotation management experience.
• Understanding of CRM and ERP systems, with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for RFQs and quotation requests.
• Review RFQs for completeness and clarify requirements.
• Coordinate quotation process between sales, technical and procurement.
• Quality-check quotations for accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead and RFQ data in CRM.
• Provide administrative support to business development and sales teams.
