Qualifications

• Grade 12 with sales support qualification/certification.
• 3 years in a similar B2B technical sales role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced MS Office skills with accurate typing.
• Data research and analytics experience.
• Familiarity with POPI/privacy legislation advantageous.
• Understanding of CRM and ERP systems and B2B sales process.
• Self-motivated with results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer quotation process and ensure timely delivery of quotes.
• Increase revenue by delivering high-quality quotes and onboarding data.
• Provide admin support to business development teams and internal sales when needed.
• Coordinate special projects and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to strategies to improve customer service, sales efficiency and profitability.
• Handle RFQs and clarify customer queries with Technical/Procurement teams.
• Quality check quotes for completeness and professionalism.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes with sales team members.
