Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote team. You will source and place top talent within the Tech and Digital sectors across South Africa, leveraging advanced recruitment tools and a candidate-centric approach from a fully remote setting.

You will manage the full lifecycle for technical roles, build strong relationships with hiring managers, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute to employer branding and best practices in remote

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in Technology or Digital roles.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates across software development, data science, cybersecurity, product management and digital marketing.
• Experience using various recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working remotely within a distributed team is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging talent pools within the tech sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven specialization in Technology or Digital roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in areas such as software development, data science, cybersecurity, product management, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a virtual setting.
• A strong understanding of technical jargon and the ability to effectively screen technical candidates.
• A relevant degree or certification in IT, Human Resources, or a related field is beneficial.
