About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, self‑starting individual who wants to build a long‑term career in engineering recruitment within a niche technical market.

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting clients operating in electrical and automation engineering, including:

Scope of Clients

• Electrical Engineering (HV preferred, but MV/LV also considered)
• Electrical substations, transmission & distribution systems
• Automation & control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES)

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and shortlist engineering professionals for UK‑based clients
• Conduct screening interviews (primarily via Microsoft Teams)
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Provide administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
• Use creative sourcing strategies to identify niche engineering talent
